Indications
- Inflammatory musculoskeletal pain — arthritis, backache, neck pain
- Post-traumatic soft-tissue swelling and bruising
- Dental pain and post-extraction oedema
- Peri-operative adjunct for pain and oedema control
Contraindications
- Known hypersensitivity to NSAIDs, Paracetamol, or any ingredient
- Active gastrointestinal ulceration or bleeding
- Severe hepatic or renal failure; avoid in third trimester of pregnancy
Side effects
- Nausea, epigastric discomfort, or flatulence
- Mild elevation of liver enzymes (with prolonged use)
- Rash or urticaria (rare)
