Indications
- Mild to moderate pain in osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis
- Backache, spondylitis, and musculoskeletal pain
- Dysmenorrhoea and dental pain
- Post-operative analgesia as adjunct therapy
Contraindications
- Known hypersensitivity to Aceclofenac, Paracetamol, or other NSAIDs
- History of peptic ulcer, GI bleeding, or active inflammatory bowel disease
- Severe hepatic impairment; third trimester of pregnancy
Side effects
- Gastrointestinal upset — dyspepsia, nausea, diarrhoea
- Headache and dizziness
- Raised hepatic enzymes with prolonged high-dose use
