Indications
- Moderate to severe musculoskeletal pain and inflammation
- Post-operative oedema and soft-tissue swelling
- Orthopaedic conditions — osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis
- Sports injuries, sprains, and strains
Contraindications
- Known hypersensitivity to NSAIDs, Paracetamol, or any ingredient
- Active peptic ulcer disease or gastrointestinal bleeding
- Severe hepatic, renal, or cardiac impairment; pregnancy (third trimester)
Side effects
- Gastrointestinal discomfort — nausea, dyspepsia, abdominal pain
- Dizziness or headache
- Skin rash or pruritus (rare)
